Documentation to provide to the deal owner

Purpose

This section describes the material the Consultant should provide to a prospective Lead at the end of a meeting.

After a meeting with a Consultant, a Lead will reflect and make decisions about further dealings with the Consultant. The Consultant should leave material with the Lead and follow up with an email and phone call soon after the initial meeting:

 

  • To provide more information about the company and its services
  • To communicate satisfaction of other Leads through testimonials
  • To create a good impression of the company through the quality of the materials
  • So that the Lead can easily contact the Consultant

 

 

Procedure

Leave the following materials with the Lead as appropriate

 

  • Business card
  • Listing proposal with information about the Consultant
  • Testimonials (if possible)
  • Information list
